The Microsoft Imagine Academy program prepares educators and students for industry-recognized certifications.

Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA)

This certification validates understanding of basic technology concepts in software development and information technology. Earning MTA certification proves a foundation of knowledge about technology along with the capability and commitment to do entry-level IT jobs. First time users:

  • Click here to sign-up for Microsoft account sign-up.
  • Use your own email address for your Microsoft account.
  • Provide the rest of the information, click I accept.

Join Microsoft Imagine Academy

  • Click here and login using the Microsoft account created
  • On the resulting screen, read the terms, indicate your acceptance by clicking I Accept, and then click Continue.
  • Fill out the resulting profile form, taking care to populate all of the indicated required fields. Note: The email address on this form is the one you want to be used for communication about your courses.
  • Click Save. After your information is saved, you are taken to your learner home page where you can view courses assigned to you via a learning plan. You can also browse and search for courses that are available as part of the subscription.

Returning users:

You can return to Microsoft Online Learning at any time and sign in here with the same email account that you used when you registered.
